After the hail damage restoration and upgraded LP Smartside siding
Overview:
Evergreen was hired on two separate occasions. The city of Blaine, Minnesota was hit by a hailstorm in the years 2017 and 2019, that is when Evergreen helped the homeowner with their restoration process. Evergreen installed the homeowner’s new roofing, siding, windows, and gutters because of the hailstorm damage that was caused to the exterior of the house in the year 2017. The homeowner had a good experience using us for their first hail restoration, so they decided to hire us for the next restoration process we well.
It was exciting to work with the homeowners twice and helping them out with their restoration process. Because the homeowners did not want to deal with siding replacement again, they upgraded from vinyl siding to Lp Smartside. LP® SmartSide® products feature engineered wood strand technology that offers superior protection against hail, wind, moisture, fungal decay, and termites. When the second hailstorm hit the city of Blaine, MN in the year 2019, the homeowner only had damages to their roof.
Why did the homeowners hire us?

Evergreen’s Objective:
Our major objective was to restore the property after the Blaine, Minnesota hailstorm and make the insurance process as easy as possible for the homeowners. We also made sure to communicate as much as possible from our side to explain the whole restoration process to the homeowner. We follow our mission of underpromising and overdelivering.
Delivery:
In the first restoration process in 2017, we replaced the roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. We used GAF Timberline Weathered wood shingles for their 30 squares roof replacement. For siding, the homeowners paid extra to upgrade from vinyl to LP Smartside engineered wood. That was a smart choice because in the next hailstorm their siding did not have any hail damages. We used Target windows for the full windows replacement and the gutters were galvanized steel.
GAF Timberline Weathered Wood
For the second hail restoration in the year 2020, we only replaced the roof because only the roof was impacted by the hailstorm. The material used for the roof was GAF Timberline Weathered wood shingles. The siding had no damage because of the LP Smartside upgrade the homeowners did previously.
